Hey, I'm Tod — just a passionate trail and ultrarunner who's learned the hard way that the toughest climbs aren't always on the course… they're in your head.

For years, I’ve pushed my limits through 50Ks, 80Ks, 100Ks, and 100-milers. But it wasn’t until I started paying attention to the mental side of running that things really began to shift. The doubts, the low points, the inner critic — I’ve faced them all. And I know I’m not alone.

That’s why I created MindTrails — a space to explore, train, and strengthen the mindset needed for long distances and even longer days. I'm not here to preach. I'm here to share what’s helped me, and to walk (or hike!) beside you while you build your own mental grit.
